2008

  • ProdigyAE was established as private Architectural Practice
  • Holy Angels University Chapel became the first project to be designed and built utilizing BIM.
  • Started working with Archline US for BIM Support

2010

  • Started working with Ayala-MDC for the Glorietta Redevelopment
  • Trained 1st, 2nd, 3rd batch of MDC BIM team.
  • Worked with Autodesk Asia as Consultant Partner

2011

  • Started working with Filinvest Land Inc for their San Remo MRB and Festival Mall Expansions Project
  • Started Working with Arthaland Corporation for the Arya Residences Towers, BGC
  • Worked on Rodriguez Water Treatment Plant for Manila Water-MDC JV
  • Worked on Muscat International Airport under Southern Cross Technologies Macau & Carillion

2012

  • Started working Al Mousawi, Kuwait
  • Trained WSP Philippines BIM on MEPF
  • Started participating and supporting Yellow Boat of Hope advocacy as Chief Design Architects
  • Started working with Vista Land and Lifescapes + Camella Condo Homes

2013 - 2014

  • Worked on City-OfDreams Manila
  • Worked on iL Corso Retail Development, Cebu
  • Expanded Service Offering to include Engineering Design.
  • Started working with Nuvoland Philippine Inc for Nuvo Plaza & Dream Tower

2015

  • Worked with RIBiTWO for GeorgiaTech (Atlanta Building Project)
  • Trained Megawide Construction BIM Team

2016

  • ProdigyAE venture with RIB AG (Germany) – 5DProdigy PH & 3D Prodigy SG
  • Started working with Polar Bear Freezing and Storage Company for design
  • Design and Administration: Urban Space Dormitories – Building 1, Pasig

2017

  • Designed Forbidden Villas (a secluded safari resort in Ilocos Sur – for LCS Group)
  • ProdigyAE started working with Federal Land for several major projects
  • Partnership with ECCRI for Climate Resiliency Advocacy
  • Started working with Cockram Scenario USA for production support

2019

  • Working on a 340k++ sqm development project in Cebu
  • Designed La Casa Maria 3-Star Hotel, Zamboanga
  • Started partnership with XTRM Unlimited for specialized Athletic Facility Designs (refer to projects list)
  • Started partnership with APTCS Group; FilSite Surveying for integrated services.

2020

  • Became Authorized Reseller of BricsCAD & BricsCAD BIM in the Philippines
  • Became Authorized Partner of CBC PrefabricatedManufactured Housing & Building Components

2024
